Minutes: The Overview Scrutiny Committee considered and discussed in detail the Part B information pertaining to the acquisition of land assets.
The Director (Communities and Inclusive Growth), the Cabinet Member for Strategic Environment and the Assistant Head of Legal Services (Place), provided the committee with further information which needed to remain confidential at this stage.
The cabinet member Strategic Environment left the chamber in accordance with section 13.1.1 of the council’s constitution, whilst the committee considered what conclusion should be reached.
The committee noted the report on the basis that the cabinet member, having heard the discussions, would be able to feedback to cabinet for awareness.
