Minutes: Cllr Shane Mochrie-Cox declared an other interest, for information purposes only, as he is a representative on Gravesham’s Community Leisure Limited (GCLL).
Cllr Lenny Rolles declared an other interest, for information purposes only, as he was appointed director of Rosherville Limited and was also Chair of the Board.

Corporate Performance Report: Q3 2022-23 PDF 217 KB Additional documents: Minutes: The Chief Executive presented the Cabinet Committee with an update against the Performance Management Framework, as introduced within the Council’s Corporate Plan, for Quarter Three 2022-23 (October – December).
Members welcomed the figures displayed in PI6, regarding the drop in figures relating to CO2 emissions in the Borough. The Chair thanked Officers and the Director (Corporate Services) for their work.
In reference to PI13, the figures fluctuated due to cases awaiting enforcement actions from the Courts, with 23 outstanding and waiting prosecution. However, the overall number of fly-tipping cases had dropped.
The Committee noted the report.

Notification of property acquisition - Springhead D, E, F & G PDF 497 KB Minutes: The Director (Corporate Services) presented the Cabinet Committee with a report detailing the purchase of the above property holdings (Blocks D, E, F and G Springhead Enterprise Park).
The Cabinet was informed by the Chair that a sale price was originally agreed and signed off, but a subsequent figure was negotiated with the vendor.
Members passed their congratulations and thanks to the team for their hard work. Additionally, they praised the cross-party policy and acknowledged the benefit this purchase will make to revenue income for the Council.
The Committee noted the report.
