• Cllr Lenny Rolles - Non Pecuniary - Cllr Lenny Rolles made a voluntary announcement, which under advice from the Deputy Monitoring Officer did not amount to an other significant interest, in agenda item 9 (Amendments made to the Constitution to reflect formation of Rosherville Limited) as he was a Director of Rosherville Limited. As the report was for noting, it was agreed that Cllr Lenny Rolles would remain in the meeting during consideration of this item.
